Dr Samy Darwish

Specialist Oral Surgeon & Periodontist, Co-founder & Director

Samy is a Specialist Oral Surgeon and Specialist Periodontist with extensive experience in complex surgical care, gum disease management and caring for nervous patients. A former Consultant in Oral Surgery, he has also taught at King's College London Dental School.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son and is a lifelong Liverpool FC supporter.

Dr Tarik Shembesh

Tarik is an experienced general dentist and an accredited oral surgeon. A very talented teacher and educator, Tarik has been instrumental in teaching and training undergraduate dental students and postraguate dentists.

Tarik enjoys sports and regularly plays football. He is married and has two young daughters.

Professor Kariem El-Boghdadly

Kariem is a Professor of Anaesthesia. He is one of the UK’s leading academics in his field and is very highly published. Kariem has had experience abroad in Canada, Australia, Uganda, and Saudi Arabia. He even operated in remote areas of “the bush” and was a subject of a BBC documentary for his heroic practices.

Kariem is married with 2 young children. He is also an avid supporter of Liverpool FC and a season ticket holder.

Rachel qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2022 with a BSc in Dental Hygiene & Therapy. She is particularly interested in preventative dentistry, and is passionate about motivating patients to improve their oral hygiene.

In her spare time she enjoys watching films, playing boardgames and doing yoga.
