About Dakatra's Background
Dakatra (literal translation, “Doctors”) was founded by Samy, Kariem and Tarik for the purposes of offering specialist medical and dental services in London and providing courses and education for doctors, dentists, nurses, and allied staff.
Mission Statement
Access to specialist-level healthcare is often limited by local availability within small organisations, as well as limitations in the training, upskilling and support of personnel. Our mission is to engage closely with patients and members of the profession in order to collaborate in an agile and responsive way to recognise barriers to healthcare provision and innovate to find solutions to remove them to facilitate patient wellbeing through enhanced convenience.
What we do
Dakatra is not a general dental practice, or a general medical practice therefore does not provide general services. Rather, we provide private specialist services that GPs and GDPs can refer to or patients can access independently. Our current services in our ever-expanding clinic include, but are not limited to, oral surgery such as managing impacted wisdom teeth, dental implants, gum disease treatments, dental hygiene and therapy, facial aesthetics such as botox and fillers, paediatric dentistry, and the treatment of varicose veins in the legs. All our surgical treatments can, if a patient so chooses, be provided with sedation. Further, Dakatra is an education centre for doctors, dentists, nurses and allied staff, providing courses and updates on medical and dental topics.
