Our Promise to Referrers

If a patient is referred, Dakatra responds to the specifics of a referral letter and not beyond. We promise referrers that the patient will be returned back to them on completion of the requested treatment.

Dakatra will always encourage the referred patient to return to their referrer on completion of treatment, and whilst patients are obviously entitled to seek care independently, we categorically do not positively entice them away from referrers. We do not, however, deny patients independent access to our care.

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION POD

Led by Tarik, and supported by Nancy and Samy, all of whom are accredited by the British Safety Industry Federation in fit-testing.

We provide enhanced protection from airborne viruses and hazards using masks and respirators. With the Covid-19 pandemic now largely behind us, it is no longer mandatory for healthcare professionals in the UK to wear respirators.

But certain circumstances and environments still call for this service. If you choose to have added protection or you’re working in a hazardous environment, RPE may be the way forward.

Unlike a mask, which is a loose-fitting piece of cloth that lies over the nose and mouth, a respirator is a tight-fitting garment or device that is fit-tested to the individual for a tight seal with no airborne leaks.
